Our History

Brosnahans have been proudly serving New Zealand with smoking wood chip products for over 40 years. With our customers and their requirements at the centre of our development, for two generations, we have prided ourselves in producing distinct, consistently great quality products.

Working with our customers we have developed an extensive range of products that meet the diverse requirements for flavouring through wood smoking and barbequing. All of our products are processed in our purpose-built, family-owned facility in the sunny Eastern Bay of Plenty.

We aspire to produce high quality woodchips and chunks, seasoned perfectly to ensure a lasting product that can be used when you need it.
