FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION

Apple - Mild, sweet and fruity flavour - great for poultry, pork and some beef cuts.

Manuka - A Bold flavour & genuine Kiwi Icon - works well with almost everything.

Pohutukawa - Medium NZ flavour also works well blended with fruit woods, lighter flavour than manuka but darker colour.

Rewarewa - Smooth savoury flavour - great all rounder.

Tawa - Bold, earthy & lightly spicy flavour with a strong colour - our strongest flavour yet great for Pork, Beef and Venison.
